• We specialize in homemade veg & non-veg pickles, podi powders, and sweets.
• As described on product pages, we do not add preservatives or artificial colors.
• Images are for illustration; actual product/packaging may vary slightly.

3) Orders & Payments

• Orders are placed through our website only.
• Prices are in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.
• We accept secure online payments; Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pincodes.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and to select international destinations.
• Dispatch is typically within 24–48 business hours; delivery time depends on destination and courier serviceability.
• Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.

5) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once opened.
• Cancellations are allowed before dispatch only. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the parcel and inner contents.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
• Review ingredients for allergies/dietary restrictions before consumption.
• Follow storage instructions on the label to maintain quality and shelf life.

7) Intellectual Property

• All content (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by Amruthams Home Made Naturals or its licensors.
• Reproduction, distribution, or any commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8) Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for health issues arising from misuse, overconsumption, or failure to follow product guidelines.
• We are not responsible for courier delays, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Courts in Warangal, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
